Customer Experience Survey

It seems like every department store, grocery store, restaurant, you name it, has a survey involved with my customer experience that I had when I was there. Last time that I went to my favorite restaurant I was given the chance to win a free appetizer next time I came in if I would take a few minutes to fill out a survey on line about my dining experience. I think this is a great way to find out more about your customers and I think it is quite handy to be given out at every purchase point along the way to tell the company about your experience.
