Can You Affford to Lose Your Computer Files?

Trust me. Losing your computer files is almost worse than losing your wallet. You can stop charges on your credit cards and get a new driver’s license easily, even though it is annoying. But unless you have backed up your computer recently, when it goes, it takes everything with it — your financial records, your emails, your word docs, your pictures – everything. Nothing is left. I experienced that loss once but never again. Now I use carbonite.com. I don’t have to do anything to protect my stuff. It does it automatically, quietly and efficiently every time my computer is idle. I wish I could put the where-abouts of the rest of my life there, too.
