Backbreaking No More

Working as a secretary in a law firm, my daily tasks can sometimes be so backbreaking. Everyday, I am swamped by various paper works that I barely understand.
Before PC, I used a typewriter at work during my early years as a member of the firm’s secretarial pool. Mistakes in typing would mean crumpled paper thrown in the wastebasket.
Then, there came PCs. With a PC, my job became easier and more bearable. I don’t have to type every document. All I have to do is keep a template or a format where I just add client information.
PCs are really heaven sent for secretaries like me.
