Pro and Amateur MMA Workout Routines

How often should perform your MMA workout routine every week? Well it depends on your situation. If you’re a pro fighter who trains full-time, you can probably work on strength and conditioning 3-4 days per week without a problem, and still be recovered enough to do you mixed-martial arts training at high-intensity. But if you’ve got a full-time job, then you can probably only dedicate 2-3 days per week, since anymore will interfere with your MMA skills training. Regardless of your situation, make sure you have a workout program laid out that’s efficient so you’re not wasting a single minute in the gym on your MMA workout routine.
