Principles To Jump Higher

The first principle of jumping is that of weight lifting you should lift in order to attain maximum gains. And if you would like to increase your vertical jump, you, are going to have to lift weights. This is not considered as a weight lifting lesson but for good outcome you would want to stay around seven to eight reps of anything you can lift for the workouts of your lower body. This will provide you maximum strength.

The second principle is exercises to jump higher. This is jumping workouts like power skipping and bounding. These exercises are good for helping to transfer some of that greatest strength into explosive power. Typically you would perform these exercises for about 25 - 30 yards.
