Before getting into a competition it is very important to be prepared for anything that could possibly happen. Learning MMA techniques means that every movement and position needs to be remembered. If a fighter is not able to take whatever might come at them then they are risking damages. Getting the strength, endurance and knowledge takes time. Tackle the techniques the same as anything that you want more than ever. Do not sell yourself short by not practicing on your own time. Prepare your body by exercise, diet and mindfulness. Only when all of the elements are working together like a smooth running machine will a fighter be ready to compete.
