The question always comes up about how to correctly size my fencing mask. The first thing you should do is measure you head size correctly. This is done by mesuring your had by taking a tape measure beginning underneath the chin from the underside, up the side of the head to the ear. past the top of the head and back down to underneath the chin. This will provide you with the proper sizing. You then can begin to make other adjustments to the tongue and width as needed. The important thing is that you feel comfortable in your mask.
