I am sure you aware that chip shots can really help when it comes to scoring well in golf. So the question remains, how can you hit good golf chip shots? First and foremost it begins with golf club selection. The more you want the ball to role the lower the club you will hit. In other words an eight iron will role the ball further than a nine iron. The more you put the ball in the air less inclined it is to role. The other thing is this, the more you role the ball without trying to get fancy the more consistent your short game will become.
