I am trying to find out more about rg146 compliance. What exactly is this, and what is required in order to be in compliance with this regulation? Who falls under these rules? I have been told that in order to be a financial planner or to be involved in this field in some capacity you need to meet the requirements listed in this regulation, so I am trying to find out where I can get more information regarding this. Does anyone know where I can find the actual wording as well as an explanation of what that means in layman’s terms?
