E-learning makes communication smoother between teachers and students

E-learning has got the advantage of having a personal interaction between the student and teacher, which is usually lacking in other forms of distant education. Through the differentmode of communication like e-mail, chat ,voice mail ,and videoconferencing ,the student is getting interacted with the teacheron a regular basis. The total cost of the study is also muchlower in e-learning. Student need not have to find money for his/her travel and housing needs. For the organization , the cost associated with instructor’s salary and classrooms are notapplicable in E-learning. Thus making it a cheaper alternative than attending regular classes.
