My Mothers Jewelry

My mothers jewelry is her pride and joy. She has several different kinds of pieces in her collection including some very old pieces that belonged to her mother and her grandmother. She keeps it all in a beautiful jewelry box that had a red velvet lining and lots of different compartments to hold all her beautiful treasures. My mothers jewelry was always kept in wonderful condition as she cleaned each piece after she wore it and carefully stored it in its rightful location in the box. She had a story behind every piece and it was always fun listening to her pick one up and talk about where she got it and what it meant to her.
