Plenty of Paper Pots

My other half gave me one of those Paper Potter things for Christmas. The idea is simple – it turns old newspapers into seedling pots. When the seedlings are ready to transplant outside, you just plant them – pot and all – into the soil and avoid any root disturbance.It’s easy enough to use and I spent quite a few evenings tearing up newspaper, and making the strips into pots. They hold together nicely, and they seem to be working fine for the seedlings, but the newsprint makes it a bit of a messy hobby. You have to wash the ink off everything when you’re done.
