History and Future Collide

As much as I love historic homes, there are some newer amenities that I am quite partial to. Nothing can replace the character of an old home, but Contemporary Closet Doors can add to the individualism of such a house. My husband and I bought our house which was built in the early 1900′s. We absolutely love all the little details that this house has to offer, but we also felt it needed to take a few steps into the future. The details we added were minuscule really, compared to the size of the house. We modernized the kitchen to an extent and updated the closets because we needed more space.
