Why Full Body Workouts Are The Best Workouts for Women

Generally speaking, full body workouts are the best Workouts for Women. This is because when most women workout, it’s typically for fat loss. Altough some women workout to gain a large amount of muscle or train for some sporting event, my experience shows that it’s usually to lose the love handles and get toned arms.
The best way to accelerate fat loss is the combination of a good diet and a full body workout. By far, a full body workout is the best workout for women (again, assuming fat loss is the goal). This is because by focusing on the entire body, your metabolism increases to a much higher level than doing straight cardio or working on just isolated muscles.
I recommend a full body workout three times a week.
