What Are the Most Asked Acne Questions?

When I was sitting down to write a list of frequently asked acne questions this morning my mind was turned to my experiences as a teenager. The horrific site of a face riddled with red spots, those photos the damned spots ruined and the hours I spent scrubbing away at my face still plague me now. However, with a few years experience since those awful days I think I’ve stumbled upon the answer and that is quite simply, don’t worry. If you worry you get more stressed and end up with worse skin that makes you feel worse so you eat awful food and end up in a massive spiral. Just remember that everyone gets acne and so you needn’t get too down on it – just keep going!
