Want Six-Pack Abs? Drink More Water.

A lot of guys these days would love to have a so-called “washboard” stomach.  Unfortunately, achieving a washboard stomach – better known as six-pack abs – requires a lot of discipline, hard work, and doing a lot of small things right.

One strategy often overlooked is drinking enough water.  Many people these days grab a soft drink or even a sports drink before choosing a simple glass of water.  But drinking at least eight glasses of water per day can actually help you burn fat and keep unwanted pounds off.

Body-builders often drink as much as a gallon of water a day.  In addition to its fat-loss benefits, water also helps your body flush away toxins.  So if you want to get lean and healthy, skip the sodas and start drinking good old H20!
