Pregnancy Hopes

I know many people think that I’m “crazy,” but my husband and I want to have kids and get pregnant right away, even though we have only been married for about two months. Everyone tells us that we should take time together first before having kids. But, our thought is, “Why wait?” So, I want to know what the fastest way to get pregnant is. Do I need to do something special? Do I need to take some kind of prescription medication? Or, are there natural methods that I can try? Do any of these methods have side effects, whether they be minor or more serious?
