Make few changes to burn belly fat

Many people think that they should completely change their food habits to lose the belly fat. It is not so. All you need to do is make a few changes in your present eating style. If you are eating three huge meals a day, then split it to six small meals a day. It is not that you should completely stop eating junk items like burger, chips, ice creams or pizzas. Just have them in moderation to burn belly fat. Does it not sound simple? Instead of eating meat, go for boiled vegetables. By making these few changes, you can very easily lose your belly fat!
