How to remedy anxiety

Rather than lose sleep over things that cause us anxiety, we should try some of the many anxiety treatments that are available. More recently, attention have been given to the way we breathe. Anxiety affects are breathing. When we are relaxed, our breathing pattern is different than when we are upset and anxious. Perhaps caffine is the cause. Caffine is a stimulant and too much would seem likely to cause anxious moments. Of course the medical profession would try an solve the problem with medication. The side effects of which is thoughts of suicide. A good remedy is to talk about your concerns.
