Year in and year out we prepare are new years resolutions; and the most common resolution by far is weight loss. How many people actually stick to that diet? Not enough it seems as a society we tend to seek magic products to lose the weight for us. Here’s a clue the latest trendy diet that guarantees everything under the sun more than likely isn’t the one.. How can they be sure how much effort you’ll put in? Is it possible for them to know if you have the control to carry out your side of the deal? There is only 1 way to lose weight and that is using self-discipline and will power.
