Can Lung Cancer Be Cured?

The modern medical science has made it possible to cure different type of cancers. There are now some substantial ways to cure the Lung Cancer. However similar to other types of cancers, the cure depends on how early it is diagnosed.
If the cancer is diagnosed in its early stage, it can easily be treated with surgery. If the cancer has not spread by then, it can be cured. In case the surgery is not possible, the radical radio therapy, can work wonders for non small cell lung cancer.
Usually, the type of cure depends upon the severity and type of lung cancer. For an instance in case of a small lung cancer that spreads very fast, a surgery may not be deemed effective. In such a case chemotherapy is offered.
