My sister has been burning fat naturally and safely for the last three months, using a very easy diet to follow. She simply eats between 60% and 70% of raw, fresh fruits and vegetables, that are low in starch content and high in fiber content. She also drinks 1/2 gallon of water each day with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it, and she walks between two and 3 miles each day, for her exercise part of the program. She says that her energy has increased tons, and that she feels like she’s 10 years younger. She is eating a very healthy diet, and she also looks really fabulous in her new clothes!
