Wonder plant Hoodia

Hoodia Gordonii, a cactus like plant grows only in Namibia. This plant has long been eaten by the local people of the San Bushmen of Southern Africa. It helped them to live without hunger for long days during their hunting mission. Hoodia actually works by making the sense that the stomach is full and thus reducing the hunger. This is the miracle of P57 molecule which is found in Hoodia gordonii species only. This plant has been considered by movie stars, body builders, nutritionists and even Oprah as a wonder plant which is now in many slimming tablets. It has a large variety of uses from remedial dyspepsia and some types of stomach troubles, to curing slight infections.
