TV News Discusses Phoenix Charter Schools

By admin | February 28, 2010

While watching the news recently, I saw a piece on Phoenix Charter Schools. I had been to Arizona before, but I was not familiar with their school system. I learned quite a bit of information about the charters from that news report, such as how the schools try to instill in the students, responsibility of becoming productive law abiding individuals, effective workers, nurturing neighbors and caring human beings. In addition, the educational curriculum also focuses on strong academics that include standard core learning requirements of math, reading, science, history and physical education classes. The classrooms are also comprised of students of different age groups as opposed to students of the same age that are seen in other public school classrooms.
