When it comes to effective time management it is essential to know exactly how you are spending your time now. You may think you do know exactly how you spend your hours but if you take a closer look you will probably surprised at where your time actually goes. The best way to really know how you are spending your time now is to keep a time-log for your time management help. All you need to do is take note of how your time is spent each day. This will take a little time to do each day but you only need to do it for a week or two and it is well worth it. Keep this up for a week or two and when you review your time-log you will see where your time is being spent effectively and where it is not. This will help you make the right choices about how to spend your time in the future.
