Something is not quite right with this insurance policy report

Something is not quite right here. Malcolm couldn’t quite put his finger on it, but as he looked over his insurance policy report, there was something like a bell going off in the farthest reaches of his mind. Try as he might, he just couldn’t seem to make the fog burn away to reveal whatever it was that was amiss. Brushing it aside for later, he tossed down the report and flopped back into his sofa. The rest of the gang would be by shortly to discuss their next move with their business venture. Afterwards he would have his buddy Victor look over the policy report to see if he could shine any light on the problem.
