Processing the Process

The purpose for requirements management is to process the process that is taking place on a project for a company and report back to the stakeholder. It is to assure the company or organization that everything that is expected to be accomplished is getting done and running smoothly. Change management can also be a duel and vital part of the requirements management department’s responsibilities. When dealing the requirements management, a company or organization needs to be aware of what is taking place and how problems and solvents are being executed. These things require lots of planning and discipline. By definition, requirements management is figuring out what is required to manage a certain task at hand.
