I read such amazing accounts of Ron Pollack on the internet that I felt I just had to write about him. Through a continued search of his impressive accomplishments on FaceBook and HubPages, I noticed him on several other profile sites as well. Ron graduated from Yale, then Harvard, after which he joined his family’s history in Real Estate for awhile before deciding on a new career path. Specializing in Hedge Funds, he has been able to influence several businesses with his financial and investment strategies causing his companies and several others to flourish. It was his skill at Short-Selling which kept drawing him back to the market during his rise to success. He has reaped the benefits of dedication and determination in more than one industry. Not only is he well rounded with education and work experience but he has a intense humanity when it comes to charitable foundations. When I learned about his leadership positions with such high caliber organizations as the New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project, the Vail Valley Foundation, and the Community Learning Center, I could not help but be impressed. Deeply needed medical assistance for our selfless Hero’s of September 11th, is what these projects provided. It is truly heartwarming that these heroes could finally sleep through the night, free from the painful “9/11 cough” they had suffered from for so long. It is good to know that even a busy, well-known man like Ron Pollack makes time and effort to spearhead charitable foundations.
