Launching a restaurant

Now I have found a place to set up shop we are opening our new Indian restaurant. We already have most of the tables from the last restaurant I owned, they have been in storage since it closed. All I need to do is get some Restaurant Table Linens and cutlery sorted out and we are good to go for the opening next week. Our chef is fantastic, he has a ton of experience and cooks amazing authentic Indian food. I think I’m going to be eating there myself a fair bit! He does great English style Indian food too – best Vindaloo I’ve ever had.
