Is It Possible to File 2006 Taxes for Free?

I have been broke, and so I haven’t ended up filing some of my tax returns on time. Now that I have a new job I want to fix this situation, but I am not sure what my options are. I know that now you can file some taxes on the internet for free, so I am wondering if it is possible to file 2006 taxes this way. Can anyone tell me whether this is an option or whether I can only file these late taxes via a paper version? I could really use some advice on how to go about filing since I am so late.
