Does it seem like the only option you have for getting out of debt would be winning the lottery? For many people, even if they spend the rest of their lives paying off their debt, they would still need to win the lottery to pay off their debts because their income is not sufficient. The government recognizes that people’s financial situations can change and that sometimes you simply need help, which is why you might consider applying for a Debt Relief Grant. If your income is not sufficient for the amount of debt you have accumulated you may be granted a debt relief grant that will allow you to wipe your slate free of debt.
