Determine Which Co2 Cylinders You Need

We just opened a new restaurant, and I had never purchased commercial kitchen equipment before. There was so much to learn, and it would have been overwhelming if I hadn’t had some help from my employees. We had purchased a machine to carbonate soda, and we needed to buy some co2 cylinders for it. I wasn’t sure which size or brand was right, so I went online and looked up the information. I ordered the cylinders, and they arrived a few days later. We got the soda fountain up and running, and it worked perfectly. So far we are busy, and word is getting out that we make great food!
