Business time management: Crucial to success

Managing our time effectively isn’t just about packing as much as possible into each day. Even if you get a lot done it really isn’t that beneficial if you are not doing the things that matter to you. Because of this it is essential that you make the right choices about your time and especially when you’re running a business time management is important. To do this you need to learn to ask yourself the right questions and to listen and act on the answers. You need to ask ‘powerful questions’ that will help you make the right decisions about your time. Examples of such questions are: What isn’t getting done that needs doing? And added to that, What will it take to get this done? What is my intention with this? What action do I feel inspired to take? When you ask ‘powerful questions’, take some time to listen to the answers that come to you and you will soon be one your way to better time management. If you are making the right choices about how you spend your days you should find yourself more fulfilled and with more time on your hands.
