Finding the Best Acoustic Blues Guitar

My son is very interested in learning how to play the guitar and is especially interested in playing the blues. We are in the market to find the best acoustic blues guitar for a beginner that we can find. Knowing how to choose the right guitar has proven to be more of a chore than I could have ever imagined and can be an overwhelming experience. Acoustic guitars vary in size, color, type of wood, and style and come in a wide range of prices. People have told us that with guitars, you basically get what you pay for. We would like to buy a nice guitar that is going to hold its value and last a lifetime.
